COVID-19 Information

We are currently open for Daycare, Overnight Boarding, Hiking Excursions, and Grooming. Our Self-Serve Dog Wash services are CLOSED until further notice. Please see below for more information regarding our services.

DAYCARE

• Available Monday through Friday; No daycare on weekends
• Drop offs between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
• Pick ups between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• 1/2 day daycare is available! Please inquire for specific times.

OVERNIGHT BOARDING

• Pick up and drop off times are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
• Due to our limited staff, please arrive at your designated drop off and pick up times. Call us ahead of time if you need to adjust those times.

HIKING EXCURSIONS

• Hikes available Monday through Friday.
• All dogs must be dropped off at Luxe Pet Resort.
• Morning Hikes: Drop off at 8:00 a.m.; Pick up at 12:00 p.m.
• Afternoon Hikes: Drop off at 12:00 p.m.; Pick up at 4:00 p.m.
• Please bring your own harness for hiking excursions.

GROOMING

• Please contact us at (617) 477-3332 or info@luxepetresort.com for all requests.
• A staff member will meet you in the parking lot for all scheduled drop offs.

ZERO CONTACT DROP OFF & PICK UP PROCEDURE (Daycare/Boarding/Hiking)

• After parking, please bring your dog towards our middle gate located behind our enclosed dumpster area.
• A staff member will meet you there and open the gate for you to bring your dog in an isolated, gated enclosure.
• You can then unleash your dog and a staff member will let your dog in the play yard.
• Once your dog is safely in the yard, a staff member will open the gate to let you back out to the parking lot.

NOTE: After unleashing your dog, please bring your dog’s leash, collar, harness, etc. with you. You will need these items again when you come back for pick up.

As a reminder, please make sure to wear a face mask for all drop offs and pick ups. We also ask that any of our clients who are under monitoring or quarantine, who are not feeling well, or have any reason to think they may have been exposed to the coronavirus not visit the Luxe Pet Resort facility.
