Once we receive your pet’s vaccination records, a Luxe Pet Resort representative will call you to schedule a Temperament Test*. The Temperament Test helps us understand your pet’s background, personality, and special needs so we can make their visit as safe and as comfortable as possible. *Note: Temperament tests are not required for cats, however, all vaccination records must be current. Please have them faxed to (617) 477-3014 or emailed to info@luxepetresort.com
